Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right, send us an unambiguous statement (e.g. by e-mail to info@eori-sweden.eu) quoting your reference number.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received within 14 days using the same means of payment.

Early expiry

The right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service (the application has been submitted to Customs) and you expressly agreed in advance to performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent when completing the form.
