Data we process
- Applicant data: name, address, country, company registration number or passport number, VAT numbers
- Contact data: name, position, e-mail address, phone number
- Signature (as image) and uploaded documents (registration certificate, proof of the first customs activity, passport or ID copy)
- Payment data: reference number, amount, payment status (card data is processed by Stripe only)
- Technical data: IP address and browser information for security and abuse prevention
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to prepare, check and submit your EORI application to Swedish Customs as your representative, to settle the payment and to communicate with you. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients
- Swedish Customs / Tullverket (submission of the application and attachments)
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (card payments)
- Hosting provider in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) for data storage
- E-mail provider for sending messages
Retention
We keep application data for up to 12 months after completion, invoice data for the statutory retention period (10 years). Uploaded documents are deleted after the application is completed.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us at info@eori-sweden.eu. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the authority of your country of residence.
Cookies
This website only uses technically necessary browser storage (form data, session). No tracking cookies are set.
